Founded in 2022 in Pueblo, Colorado, A Kindness A Day began with a simple, powerful mission: to spread positivity through daily community challenges and make the world a better place one act of kindness at a time. What started as a local effort to uplift our neighbors has naturally evolved alongside our understanding of where community leadership is needed most.
Today, we are taking those exact same values of empathy, respect, and connection and bringing them directly into the public square.
Vote For Kindness is the official evolution of our journey, transforming our original passion for community kindness into a structured, values-driven political initiative.

Vote For Kindness promotes civility, accountability, and values-based leadership in politics by endorsing candidates who demonstrate integrity in both campaign conduct and public service. We believe democracy is strongest when leaders debate ideas vigorously while treating the public with dignity.

While our identity has changed, our core traditions remain firm. Similar to A Kindness A Day, Vote For Kindness will continue publishing its annual Political Guide, serving as a trusted resource for voters who want to cut through the noise and see where candidates truly stand on leadership and ethical conduct.
Furthermore, we are expanding our coverage beyond Colorado to highlight critical races and candidates from across the entire country. From local school boards to national campaigns, we are shining a light on leaders nationwide who meet our standards of civil public service.

The current state of political discourse requires action. We have built our framework around four essential truths:
